At 1:30, 21st May, 2013, the company held the election contest for group leader in framework division. Mr. Zhang Wei, Mr. Liu Haiqiang and Mr. Yang Zhipeng attended the contest with the witness of Mr,Yang Mingbo, the general manager, Mr. Rong Guifeng and all department managers. 
  After several runs of speech, questions and answers, Mr. Yang Zhipeng defeated the other 2 participants and won the position of the group leader with his technical acknowledgement and management belief.
  The contest makes the belief of the company more clear: to give the opportunity to the people who want to work more, to give the platform to the people who can work more, and to give the position to the people who work more efficiently.
